Cancellation Policy

At Saransh Fitness, we work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please read the following policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment is required to confirm the order.
  • The advance amount will be either ₹100–₹200 or up to 20% of the total order value, depending on the order amount.
  • The remaining 80% of the order value must be paid at the time of delivery.
  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable in case the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.
  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, unreachable phone number, or repeated failure to respond to courier calls, the order may be cancelled and the advance amount will not be refunded.
  • In cases where the customer intentionally rejects or avoids delivery after dispatch, Saransh Fitness reserves the right to block future COD orders from the customer.
  • Delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times; however, failure to accept the order within these attempts will be treated as order refusal.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details to ensure successful delivery.

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

We may not be able to cancel orders if:

  • The order has already been shipped.
  • The order is out for delivery.
  • The product has already been delivered.
