Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Return Eligibility
At Saransh Fitness, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that they meet all of the following conditions:
- Product is unused and unopened.
- Product remains in its original packaging.
- All seals, labels, tags, and accessories are intact.
- Product is in resalable condition.
Special Cases: Wrong Item, Damaged Product, or Missing Item
If you receive:
- An incorrect product
- A damaged product (while the outer shipping package appears intact)
- A missing item in your order
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:
- A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
- Images or videos clearly displaying the issue.
Important: The standard 7-day return policy does not apply to these claims. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
Recommendation: Please record a complete unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as the best evidence for resolving delivery-related concerns.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Opened, used, or consumed products.
- Complaints related to taste preferences or personal health reactions.
- Products with tampered, removed, or damaged scratch codes, serial numbers, batch details, or authentication labels.
- Free promotional items received with a purchase.
- Products returned without original packaging or labels.
For health-related concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional, nutritionist, or the respective brand directly.
Product Authenticity Guarantee
Saransh Fitness does not operate through third-party marketplace sellers.
All products available on our website are sourced, stored, and dispatched directly from our warehouse. We are authorized distributors and sellers for most of the brands we offer, ensuring that every product sold is genuine and authentic.
If you require assistance with authenticity verification, please contact the respective brand’s customer support and provide the product images, batch number, and purchase details.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please email us at:

- Order Number

- Reason for Return
- Supporting photos/videos (if applicable)
Note: Only one return request may be submitted per order. Saransh Fitness reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the information provided and product inspection results.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- A courier partner will be assigned for pickup.
- Return instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- Customers must ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- The returned item will undergo inspection upon receipt.
Returns failing inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the form of:
- Store Credit, or
- Coupon Code for future purchases.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund value to reflect in your account.
Saransh Fitness reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping or handling charges where necessary.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across 20,000+ serviceable PIN codes throughout India through trusted logistics partners, including:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Ekart
- Ecom Express
- Other regional courier partners
Currently, we ship only within India.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.
- During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, dispatch times may vary.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier serviceability.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Remote delivery locations
- Operational delays by courier partners
Saransh Fitness shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking details via SMS
- Tracking details via Email
Tracking information is generally shared within 24 business hours after dispatch.
Delivered but Not Received
If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the delivery notification.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected serviceable PIN codes.
Customers may pay:
- Cash at delivery, or
- Through digital payment links provided by the courier partner.
Limited Products
Products categorized as “Limited” are not eligible for Cash on Delivery and require full prepaid payment.
In certain cases, a security deposit may be requested. Such deposits are non-refundable if the shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons, including refusal of delivery or incorrect address details.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped:
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Customers may request a return after delivery, subject to return eligibility.
If a shipment is cancelled or returned after dispatch due to customer-related reasons:
- Forward shipping charges and return shipping charges may be deducted.
- Refunds will be issued as Store Credit or Coupon Code valid for 12 months.

Cash on Delivery Orders
- Flat COD Fee: ₹99
This fee covers additional handling and collection charges imposed by courier partners.
