At Saransh Fitness, we aim to ensure fast, reliable, and safe delivery of all orders across India. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across 20,000+ PIN codes in India through trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Ekart
  • Ecom Express
  • Other regional courier partners

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays
  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be slightly delayed

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.


Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days across most locations in India
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and external factors

Delays may occur due to:

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas
  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Courier partner operational delays
  • High order volumes during festive or sale periods

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, such delays are beyond our direct control.


Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Free Shipping across India
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A standard COD fee may apply depending on order value and location

Any applicable shipping or COD charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments

For COD orders, the following conditions apply:

  • A partial advance payment may be required for order confirmation
  • The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery
  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address to avoid delivery failure

If a COD order is refused, undelivered due to incorrect details, or not accepted after multiple delivery attempts, it may result in:

  • Cancellation of the order
  • Forfeiture of advance payment (if applicable)
  • Restriction of future COD access

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS and email within 24 business hours of dispatch

Customers can use this tracking link to monitor real-time delivery updates.


Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners generally make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after repeated attempts, the order may be marked as undelivered or returned to origin.


Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeline:

  • Please allow additional time for courier updates
  • You may contact our support team for assistance

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery status update so we can investigate with the courier partner.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:

  • Full name
  • Correct address with landmarks (if required)
  • Valid mobile number

Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delayed or failed delivery.
