Orders and Payments

We accept multiple payment methods, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) in select serviceable PIN codes

Certain products marked as “Limited” or high-value items may require full advance payment. COD may not be available for such products.

In case of payment failure, customers are advised to retry using valid payment details or choose an alternate payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery orders, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order. The advance amount will typically range between ₹100–₹200 or up to 20% of the total order value, depending on the order amount.

The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid at the time of delivery.

Please note the following conditions:

  • The advance payment is non-refundable in case of order refusal at delivery
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled and the advance amount forfeited
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD privileges
  • Delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times; failure to accept after reasonable attempts may be treated as order refusal
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details to ensure successful delivery

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items related to personal taste preferences or health-related reactions
  • Products with tampered seals, labels, or authentication codes

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across 20,000+ PIN codes in India through trusted logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Ecom Express, and others.

  • Standard delivery timeline: 5–7 business days
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, remote locations, or courier delays beyond our control

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit, as applicable.
